The series

The scenes follow small decisions that can make collaboration easier or harder.

A team that feels like a team

The series follows adults made of foam and felt against white backgrounds and vivid colors. Their mistakes come from recognizable decisions: controlling too much, reviewing without prioritizing, improvising, or turning help into a debt.

Humor built on relationships

The scenes bring intentions and consequences together. The people who work around the boss have judgment, interests, and limits of their own. The joke comes from the gap between what is announced and what actually happens.
