2. Purpose and terms of use
Courses, books and HardMentUni marked “Coming soon” or “Coming shortly” are in preparation. This website does not currently allow you to enter into a contract, make a payment or reserve a place. Requesting information by email does not constitute enrolment.
You must use this website in accordance with applicable law, third-party rights and the proper functioning of the site.
3. Accuracy and scope of content
We review our content to provide useful and reliable information. Even so, it may contain errors or omissions, or become outdated. Artificial intelligence is evolving rapidly: the capabilities, limitations, prices and terms of external tools may change. Please take the publication date into account for videos and masterclasses.
Our materials are for educational and informational purposes. Examples and results illustrate a particular context; they do not guarantee the same results, profitability, employment or that a tool is suitable for every organisation. Before applying a solution, check the sources and validate its operation, security and suitability for your circumstances. General content is not a substitute for any individual professional advice that a decision may require.
You can report errors using our contact email address. These statements do not exclude our liability where applicable or reduce the commitments of contracted training or rights granted by law.
4. Books, samples and educational scope
How the high-performance teams book was made
Building High-Performance Teams with Agile Methodologies and Artificial Intelligence was developed iteratively. The source material combined handwritten writing, dictation with Wispr Flow, and material from real classes or simulated sessions collected with Plaud. Synthetic audio was then generated, followed by several rounds of human review and the preparation of revised final versions.
OpenAI tools, including ChatGPT and Codex, were used during development. Anthropic’s Claude was used to cross-check various elements. These tools assisted the author and the people reviewing the material; editorial decisions were made by people. Simulated scenes are presented as examples, not as documentary accounts.
If you find an error or a discrepancy between the text, images, audio or Spanish and English editions, it is unintentional. Please write to contacto@hardment.com so we can review it and, where appropriate, correct it in a later edition. This explanation does not limit your legal rights or our liability where applicable.
hardMent’s books, samples, audio and resources are provided for educational and informational purposes. Their examples are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment or other specialist advice tailored to a particular situation. Before making decisions that may affect your rights, obligations or assets, check the information and consult a qualified professional where appropriate. This explanation does not remove our legal liability or limit consumer rights.
You can explore the free sample on this website without registering. Purchases of the complete book and requests for the Community Edition take place on Leanpub, an external platform that provides its own information about prices, formats, terms and privacy before you complete the process. hardMent does not charge or process payments on this website. The book page shows which formats and stores are available; a store marked “coming soon” is not a current offer for sale.
5. Programs, dates and course cancellations
While a training program is in preparation: its syllabus, format, instructors and proposed dates may be adjusted, postponed or removed from the schedule due to technological updates, teaching quality, organisational efficiency, or academic or economic feasibility. These criteria include reaching a minimum group size, having suitable instructors and resources, and being able to deliver the activity at the planned quality level.
Before enrolment opens: we will provide the final program, duration, format, schedule, total price, requirements and terms for that offering. If delivery depends on a minimum number of participants, we will state that minimum and the deadline for confirming or cancelling. We will also explain any applicable right of withdrawal.
If you have already entered into a contract: the offer and accepted terms will be honoured. Those terms must set out the objective reasons for any possible changes. Minor updates to examples or tools will preserve the agreed objectives and services. We will promptly notify you of any substantial change to content, date or format, explain the reason, and offer you the choice of accepting the alternative or ending the contract without penalty, with a refund of amounts paid for the affected training. Silence will not be treated as acceptance of an alternative.
If hardMent cancels a contracted course: we will notify enrolled participants and refund the full amount paid for it; no voucher or replacement course will be imposed. The refund will be made without undue delay and, as a commitment by hardMent, within 14 calendar days of the cancellation or request to end the contract following a substantial change, unless a shorter period is required by law. We will use the same payment method unless you expressly agree to another method at no cost to you.
Organisational efficiency does not permit us to arbitrarily change a contract or retain payment for services not provided. These terms do not limit consumers’ other rights, including any claims or compensation available under law.
6. Content and intellectual property
Texts, visual identity and other content are protected by the rights held by their respective owners. Third-party brands and content belong to their respective owners. Uses beyond those permitted by law require authorisation from the relevant rights holder.
Synthetic voice and images in the IAHPT promotion
The audio samples and trailers available in Spanish and English on this website use a synthetic voice of Roberto Canales Mora, generated from an original recording of his voice with his authorisation. They are not recordings of a live reading. The reference recording is not made available to the public on this website.
The synthesis used the official voxcpm 2.0.3 package and the VoxCPM2 model by OpenBMB, version used. According to its owners, the code and weights are distributed under Apache-2.0. This licence does not transfer rights to the work, voice or recordings. Credits and versions for each item appear alongside its player.
Promotional scenes identified as illustrative were created with ChatGPT; they do not depict documentary events. The author portrait is a real photograph. Third-party brands and tools belong to their respective owners.
We visibly identify the artificial origin of the voice and images so they are not mistaken for a recording or documentary scene, in accordance with applicable transparency obligations under Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. These credits describe the known provenance and do not replace copyright, image, data protection or any other applicable obligations.
7. Links and external services
This website links to Leanpub, YouTube, LinkedIn and other sites, each of which has its own terms and policies. Their availability and content may change. YouTube videos are loaded here only after you give the permission described in the information about cookies and videos.
8. Updates and contact
Revisions to this notice will be published on this page. They will not retroactively change a contract or acquired rights. You can send questions, report errors or submit complaints using our contact email address.
